Terms & Conditions

Please read all these terms and conditions.

As we can accept your order and make a legally enforceable agreement without further reference to you, you must read these terms and conditions to make sure that they contain all that you want and nothing that you are not happy with.

 

These terms and conditions will apply to the purchase of the goods by you (the customer). We are Rachel's Postal Pantry part of Cosmic Touch Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under number 09566537.

 

 

Rachel's Postal Pantry reserves the right to:

Apply any limitations or specific conditions on our products and orders.

Introduce new products or remove existing products from our website at any time.

Change the prices of our products without prior notice; to be correct at the time of pre-ordering.

Offer discounts and special offers on our products at any time and change or remove them at any time.

Change the packaging of our orders without notice.

 

Online shop

Our online shop will open for pre-orders on selected dates and with selected products available for purchase.

We reserve the right to decide which products we offer for sale. Occasionally we may ask for follower input on social media which may influence our choices.

Items in our online shop will be available in limited quantities. It is at our discretion to upload further quantities once an item appears to be sold out or out of stock.

Payment will be required at the time of ordering.

As the customer, it is your responsibility to provide us with the correct contact information. We will also require a valid email address to send you your order confirmation.

We aim to sell many of our products through our online shop, but this may not always be possible and occasionally we may choose to advertise and sell our products through social media alone, therefore, we suggest that you follow us on Instagram as this is our most active social media platform where you will also find our product and pre-order updates.

Postal terms

For postal orders, it is your responsibility to select the correct postage for the products you have ordered (as indicated, at the time of ordering), otherwise it may delay the processing of your order.

It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct postal information for your order. We cannot take responsibility for orders that have incorrect postal information.

We aim for postal items to reach you in the best possible condition, and we will take good care to package and protect them in transit, however we cannot be held responsible for the handling of packages through Royal Mail and therefore there is a possibility that there may be some breakages/crumbling or detachment of toppings.

All postal orders will be sent via standard first class Royal Mail post with a delivery aim of 1-2 days. Occasionally, and during busy periods, it may take longer. We will not be held responsible for any delays in the post. If your item has not arrived by the end of the 4 th working day after it has been dispatched, please get in touch.

If you miss your parcel delivery Royal Mail will usually post a card advising of next steps. It will be your responsibility to retrieve your parcel if it has been missed.

We regret that we can only deliver to mainland UK as per Royal Mail standard first class mail charges. We cannot post to the Scottish Highlands or Islands, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man or the Scilly Isles.

 

Made to order/Custom orders

All custom orders are subject to capacity and availability; we reserve the right to accept or refuse custom orders.

Collections:

Local orders need to be collected at the specified times which may be indicated at the time of ordering or afterwards (date and approximate time of day may be provided beforehand).

We reserve the right to make amendments to collection times for local orders (through discussion/consultation with the customer where possible).

Refunds:

We regret that once payment has been received, it may not be possible to cancel or refund your order.

 

Product—related Terms and Conditions

All our products are made on order. We aim to keep our products as fresh as possible and we will usually make them 1-2 days before posting/collection. 

Due to our storage and baking/making conditions and processes, even though some products may not contain certain allergens as ingredients within the product, there may be a risk or possibility of cross contamination, and therefore these allergens will be stated as a may contain ingredient in ‘allergy advice’.

For anyone suffering from any allergies, it is your responsibility to check the ingredients/allergens prior to ordering and/or consuming. If you have any questions, with regards to this, please ask.
